Additionally, you're using an iOS mobile device and this issue only happened after updating the iOS to v13.1, an update for the GoPro App (v6.1) has been recently released. Please ensure to have the latest version of the app and iOS on your phone installed. Then have your mobile device restarted before attempting to pair the camera with the app again.

May I know the brand and model of your phone?
Have you tried updating your Phone's Android/iOS version?
If you already did.
Just remove or unpair your phone from the GoPro App and pair it again.
