I have just gotten a new GoPro 7. I have downloaded the go pro app to my IOS mobile phone & as part of the initial setup the app states the camera needs a software update . The app downloads the software but when I try and connect to the camera to transfer the software update my phone cannot connect to the camera WiFi - it sees it but cannot connect. I have tried several options incl. those on your help desk site. The camera is not functional as no menus cannot be opened at this time. Help please.....?

Please try this.
Unpair the camera to your phone.
Delete the bluetooth device id of the camera on your phone.
Pair the camera and the phone and make sure that your bluetooth and Wi-Fi is turned on.
