Wi-fi not ready

Hi there, 

 

It has been a long time trying to fix my GoPro 5 unsuccessfully, I've watched some tutorials, followed all the advice from Support Hub, and the issue still.

My camera from nothing started flashing up a blue light and from that no more connections, the amount of reported cases is ridiculous, and so far we can't see real troubleshooting.

Sorry guys to be tough, but it's really frustrating me.

This error is usually resolved by a manual update followed by a factory reset.

I've tried several times with no success, as I said before I've tried all the advice from GoPro support, and nothing has worked.

I've already contacted GoPro support a few times also with no answers, It looks like a bug in the GoPro 5 and no one can fix it.

No worries, I'll leave this camera away.

We see that Support has tried t reach out a couple of times yesterday but was not able to get through.

Hello Aragon,

 

i've the same issue. I tried all the things about manually update, factory reset etc. Nothing had fixed this issue. Furthermore i tried so many times to cantact the support, via chat, via recall. No one cantact me! So plase help me!
