Why order status is still pending?

This seems to be a return order. Have you been able to return the item already? Since we do not have direct access to order details, it would be best to get in touch with Support team. If you are available this time, the chat support is actually available. You can also call Support through https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs . If you were provided a case number before, you can still use it as reference when you contact back.

This seems to be a return order. Have you been able to return the item already? Since we do not have direct access to order details, it would be best to get in touch with Support team. If you are available this time, the chat support is actually available. You can also call Support through https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs . If you were provided a case number before, you can still use it as reference when you contact back.
