Why is my product not delivered?
[ New ]I have already tried calling customer service (which was a 45 minuted nightmare). They said my order was delayed because one of the two accessories I ordered was not in stock. Not only was that insanely frustrating, since it says that nowhere on the website and I was not ever told after I ordered, but she said she would split the order so that I could get the one item they have stock in the two days that I was promised. To amuse myself, I placed a second order that day for a different accessory, also promised to arrive in two days. Neither order has shipped. This is complete BS to advertise 2 day shipping when I've waited over a week. Can someone help me out here?
