Why are my videos downloading in slo-mo?
[ New ]I vlogged for 2 days straight with amazing footage that i cant just replay lol. I download them all on my computer to edit, and every single one of them is slo mo, and im very upset. Its on 1080, and 30 fps. Go pro footage is fine, its the computer on the GoPro Studio that plays its slo mo and i cant figure how to speed it up.

Re: Why are my videos downloading in slo-mo?
[ New ]@averyp04236 - Are you viewing the videos using QuickTime? If so, QuickTime sometimes has a setting that automatically moves video into slow motion. That's a QuickTime setting though, not anything that's specific to GoPro files or settings.
If the slow motion is happening in GoPro editing programs like Studio, it's possible that your computer my be having trouble processing the files. Try to make sure that other programs are closed and that there is enough memory to process the files.
If those steps don't help, our team at https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs can do some additional troubleshooting with you.
Thanks,
Jeff
