Why Im I in "Member to member support" when i clicked on "Support"?

Why is my order taken over a week, and is not processed yet? I paid EXTRA for OVERNIGHT delivery!!!!!!!!

I missed the event i needed the camera for!!!!!!!!

Im very disatisfied with your customer service and will cancel this and any future orders!

This is 2019, GOPRO! not 1980! get with the program!
