White Balance & Shaprness & Quality problems
[ New ]Hi, I have two problems. The first one is a problem with the white balance, in automatic mode I have a strange color of green. It looks like the color would be unnatural, and it is shifted to blue. The second problem is the sharpness, which even in medium mode is too sharp and there is a lot of weird noise. The low mode, on the other hand, is useless and too blurry for me. There is no intermediate setting. Can you do something about it in the next update?
I am disappointed with the quality of the 4K films, where there are many details. There are so many strange artifacts.

Re: White Balance & Shaprness & Quality problems
[ New ]Sorry to hear about the trouble, @kosonowski. We have an upcoming firmware update that would help fine-tune the Protune Medium Sharpness for 4K videos and it also includes a few more fixes to help improve your video and photo capture experience.
