In my case i cant cancel my order cause is a replacement order (my gopro drown fully closed)

So here is a little bit of information I got from the support:

"Most of the recent orders from EMEA to APAC regions are affected by the system outage. At the moment, there is still no ETA for the orders"

So it turns out the email I received about them having resolved the issue and expecting to receive the camera in a few days was a LIE... They still do not know when the camera will ship or when it will arrive.  Will be cancelling this order by the end of the week.  This has been one of the worst experiences ever shopping online.  What a horrible company to deal with!

Fully agree, the worst experience ever with a simple shipping (thanks gopro for a month of wait and still wating cause is not solved yet )

I think GoPro are in some kind of finacial difficulty, Just go to Trust pilot web site and read all the comments, it sounds like you'll be lucky to get anything you've ordered and fight to get your money back

Good luck on cancelling your order, @elpolacopaisa I tried cancelling last week and was given the stock scripted answers by the agent I dealt with saying he couldn't guarantee cancellation. Utter nonsense. I don't need GoPro's permission to cancel an order they've failed to deliver. Since I have no trust in the company now, I resorted to blocking the card I'd used so Gopro won't be able to debit my account. Not everybody will be in a position to do that

The agents on here (or online) don't have ANY real answers, only cut and paste responses which appear designed only to buy the company time, not do deal with the actual issues

Dreadful experience dealing with this lot
