So it turns out the email I received about them having resolved the issue and expecting to receive the camera in a few days was a LIE... They still do not know when the camera will ship or when it will arrive. Will be cancelling this order by the end of the week. This has been one of the worst experiences ever shopping online. What a horrible company to deal with!

I think GoPro are in some kind of finacial difficulty, Just go to Trust pilot web site and read all the comments, it sounds like you'll be lucky to get anything you've ordered and fight to get your money back

The agents on here (or online) don't have ANY real answers, only cut and paste responses which appear designed only to buy the company time, not do deal with the actual issues
