Sorry but that just isnt good enough. You are not some tinpot 2 person company running from someones garage. You are a global company. How you are incapable of providing even estimated shipping times and furthermore refusing to give refunds is beyond me and frankly verging on criminal. How about some real customer service instead of we will update you at some point. Rather than bringing joy into peoples lives through your cool tech you are causing anger, frustration and disspointment. Doing a quick search through the support forums this happens on a regular basis. Do your senior management really not care for the avergae customer as long as the celeb sportsmen and women keep posting cool videos???

All, I suggest you jump on Twitter and start venting frustration on there. Perhaps the bad publicity will make them actually take some action rather than just fobbing us off on here. I have just tweeted the above comment - feel free to retweet.
