True.. Go Pro service is very poor..
I ordered go-pro camera on 18th June, i was assured that my delivery will come by 21st June..
I am going on Holiday tomorrow and still no communication on Dispatch..GoPro was specially purchased for the trip..
Upon calling Go Pro support, we are getting the standard response that we are facing system outage..I have been advised to cancel my order also if any issue which is not acceptable. Minimum waiting timing for connecting call to gopro support is 10 mins which adds more pain to the customers..
The worst part is, No formal communication from Go-Pro on this..
Not sure if gopro is going to provide any compensation for trouble & pain which customer's had :-(

I realized that this problem kept going for a long time and still not solved, yet they still take orders!
When I called the customer support, I told them that the payment was deducted on my card, even though they insist that it’s just an authorization, which I double check with my bank and confirmed that I have been charged already!
I asked when I could probably received my order, the guy on the phone said, he don’t know the exact date and was even told to just buy in the shop if I urgently need it, or I can apply for a refund... but in order to process it I should have the item first.... what a joke! How can I have the item if you can’t even deliver it???
It is your company’s legal duty to ensure that items purchased are delivered on time. This is so disappointing. I want my money back!

Same boat as everyone else here. You just need to readback through the forums and see that they always have the same issues with the trade up programme year after year. Very disspointing cusfomer service. Wish I had waited and bought the DJI instead. Rapidly coming to the conclusion that GoPro are a horrible company to deal with.
