I placed an order 3 days ago I am a French customer and paid via PayPal.
Except for the invoice containing my order number which is MP-03504891 I Didn’t receive any other detail or information concerning my order, or a tracking number.
I would then need to know where my order is please and get a tracking number?
I cannot use the chat as a message tells me that is not available in my region
I cannot call the phone number because the opening times correspond to my work time
It is my first experience with GoPro and I have to say I am afraid concerning the quality of the customer service following the comments I saw online while searching for a way to Knox the status of my order

I have the same question.
I did the trade in, I can see that you have received my trade in camera but no word on my new one being sent:
My order reference is MP-03528042 but nothing shows upon on the 'Order status' tool.
Please can you confirm that it is on the way?
