I have the problem several times that a 360 ° video recording is corrupt. If I watch the video directly on the MAX, it's ok and I can watch it in full lenght. If I render the .360 file with the GoPro MAX Exporter software and watchat it afterwards, the image stops after a few seconds and you can only hear the sound. I've already had this with different SD cards and they are all fast enough.
I can't use that Videofile. The videos were for a film Project.
Is there a solution to save this Clip? Where does this problem come from?

Hello, @exeswizz. Does it matter which resolution setting the videos were recorded in? If you are shooting with 3K 50fps/60fps, you will need the GoPro Player Beta to render/view the .360 file correctly. You can still use GoPro MAX Exporter for all the 5.6K modes.
The latest version of the GoPro Player beta for Windows is now accessible through this Facebook group. Please ask to join and you will find the link to download the app.

Thank you for your answer. I've been away on business for the past few days.
The registration has expired. However, I recorded the 360 video with 5.7k. I uploaded the file for testing -> https://exeswizz.ch/temp/GS010163.360

Thanks for sharing @exeswizz
We have recently released the beta version for GoPro Player on Windows. See https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/GoPro-Player/ta-p/413305
See if this resolves the issue.

I will always be redirected to this page.
There is no Windows download there.
Has anyone tested the .360 file?

Hello @exeswizz. When you click the "Windows Download" picture, it'll automatically download the GoPro.Player-220.127.116.113.msi file installer (see screenshot below for reference). You may also check your Downloads folder.
