I have been out filming from the drone in strong sunlight with a 360 GoPro rig (7 camera Hero360 with Hero4 Blacks firmwar v5.0) and when going back through the rushes I can see that the cameras on the side of the rig 2 through to 6 are all strobing. It seems from a reaction to how the propellers we're splitting the light coming down on them. Does anyone know how I might be able to mitigate this? When it was shaded this issue was not there.
Also on a later drone shot can one exposed very differently from the others. Lowest camera.
I updated the firmware on all the GoPro’s before the shoot so they are all running on v5. This gives extra functionality with the shutter speed. However, in video mode if you set the ISO you can’t seem to alter the shutter speed. As previously it was ISO I set on the old firmware I stuck with this when setting the cameras up for the shoot… I am now thinking that setting the shutter might be better – however I am not sure what this should be set to! Any ideas.
I also set them all manually so they should all be exposing the same?!?! SO a bit confused on this one
Thanks in advance for any help!
