What should I do if my discount code price doesn't show up?

I received a discount code in my email after speaking with customer service. When I entered it, it said coupon applied, but the price stayed the same and it charged me the full price.

get back to the Rep and get he price adjusted, no one here  can do that but direct you back to the Customer support team.
