I tried to open the protective lens and yes o-ring is there. tried to put back and resubmerged still havig the same issue

I have the same problem, is there some way gropro will replace it, everytime I go into the ocean or heavy rain I end up with pics like this.... :(
It's kid of ruining my holiday of . alifetime here guys :(

@boldvista14526 - There are some tricks such as licking the lens or using a little Rain-X on the lens that can help keep water off of your lens, but there's no automatic way to keep droplets off of the lens.
If water is getting inside of the lens cover, try removing the cover and checking that the seals are in place.
