Water inside my hero5 black

Hi
Today it was the third time i went with my hero5 black into the water since i bought it last year.
I was taking photos in an knee high water and as i came to the towel i saw water inside the front screen.
I immediatly checked to see if everything was properly sealed and it was.
Since frim that time, the camera started do malfuntion, switch on and off without any intervinience and power it off it inly was possible by removing the battery.
Perhaps someone can help me to know what to do.
The camera was bought in NY but i live in Portugal
Since i think this is a deffect and the camera got salted water inside, should i expect a replacement from GoPro ?
