Water damage

Hello my GoPro hero5 was damage with water entering from the said door last year. I spoke with your support and u offered me a 20% discount to buy a new camera from your site... How can I now use this discount? I don't find the message you sent me that gives me the discount.

This sounds like you need to find your records and if you have your case number, getto gopro I am sure they will   allow you to use the discount, if thye sent you a code.  My question is does it have an expiration date?     get in contact this is just a forum
