Water Damage

My camera is not functioning right now. I think I didn’t properly closed the camera while I’m in the pool. Is there anything I can do for it to be fix?

You'll want to remove the battery and SD card. take off the media port door and open the battery door. Hopefully you have not tried to turn the camera on or charge. Place the camera in a dry, moisture free, place for about three days before attempting to use or charge the camera. if you are unable to get your camera functioning, contact the GoPro Support Team via chat or phone. Actually, I already charged the camera and turn it on. At first, it’s still functioning but when I tried it the second time, it wasn’t functioning anymore. 😕

Bummer. There was probably some moisture still in the camera when you powered it on. Might have fried the circuit board. Still, contact the GoPro Support Team and they will give you some options.
