Hi, i bought gopro 6 about 2 month ago. when want to use any button don t respon and i sent back to shop where i bought.
they told me they want to sent at go pro distributer and took about 3 weeks.
When arrived back at shop, they ask me to pick up.
My problem is:
1. the serial number is not same ( they told me that the distributer change the new one but not come with box)
2. the password at “name & password” already exist climb****.

How to make sure my gopro are not 2nd hand?

Did it came with a brown box and a plastic/film screen protector with Red tip? 


If: Yes - I would say that shouldn't have any problem at all. 

It is a replacement unit. It's technically not brandnew since it is not on the original box but it was only tested to make sure that the replacement will work without any issue at all.
