WTF guys. Every other camera I've ever owned I plug in and can see the folder on my desktop. What the F. Such garbage. F your cloud extreme douche content BS. WHY CAN'T I JUST PLUG IN AND DOWNLOAD MY VIDEO.

I ended up swapping out the card to my Mavic drone just to download my files. Way to go, GOPRO — I'm now wiring up to a competitor b/c they make it easier to DOWNLOAD MY OWN VIDEOS. Triple thumbs up. You guys are reaaaaaally rocking it. Oh, and also, go f yourselves.

download quik ( link. below ), import files, then right click on them to shiw where they are on hard drive.

agreed, its pretty annoying they dont just show up as device.

but you can copy over your files this way..
