De 4 videos gravados em sequência numa Hero3+ Silver (cerca de 3 GB cada) apenas um quando passado para o PC (via USB) aparece todo a preto mas sem qualquer indicação de erro. O mesmo acontece quando copiado com a aplicação Windows da GoPro.
O mais curioso é que o vídeo está OK quando uso a mobile app directamente sobre a câmera.
Preciso urgentemente do video no PC para editar. Ajuda por favor. Obrigado

What application are you using to play the files back?
Please try the file using Quik for desktop or other applications.

- Copy through USB - NOK (file with expected size - 3GB - but only black when paying)
- Opening with Quik on PC (and through USB) - NOK - Black when playing
- Connect with mobile Quik app through WiFi, remotely browsing camera media folder and remotely play file - OK!!! It plays correctly meaning that the file should be ok

When you play back the file via the app, you're not playing back the full high quality file, you're playing back the LRV (low resolution file) that was created for streaming and as a proxy for editing.
If the files are not playing back on your PC due to a blank screen error, it could be related to lack of support for the HEVC codec on your PC.
Also Quik does not support HEVC files either.

Among other I am using VLC 3.0.8 player, that should support HEVC files, and the problem also occour. The same with Cyberlink PowerDirector 16 video editor...
