When I record a video, and do a panning shot, I notice that the video freezes and then "catches up" frequently. What would cause this? I have hypersmooth turned on, but this has been happening in every video. The video does this when I hold it in my hand, as well as on a tripod (as seen in the video below). It was a simple pan shot, in bright day light, in one smooth motion, there was no stopping the movement while I panned. I have attempted to update the gopro via the app, and everything I connect, it times out saying there was a communication error.

May I know if you're using a recommended SD card?

If you have a recommended SD card and still receiving that problem after update.

Try to install new firmware manually.
