Apologies for the delayed response. Please go to this link that @danielr15 posted earlier: https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/How-to-Reset-the-Camera-s-Wi-Fi-Name-and-Password
Once on the page, select that of HERO Session / HERO4 Session.
The instructions are listed as guide. Since you will have to reset the password first, jump directly to the part that says: If you're unable to pair with the GoPro App:
After completing all the steps, you can go back to the first set of steps for pairing.

My real problem is like this
i have purchased the GoPro session 4 from the customer(used one) .Now I am trying to pair the camera with the app downloaded in my Samsung note 8,but I am able to pair it since it asking the camera password which was created by the earlier person when the camera was first connected,but now I am not able to contact the person who has sold it to me.So guide me how to delete the user name & password created by the earlier person and to create my own user name & password as new user,I am trying my level best to find out the solution since 3days .Really I am not happy about this why GoPro people have made it so complicated
