Upset customer

So I’m a longtime go pro customer and recently purchased the go pro max and was super stoked to own it and was waiting for the special time to use it so the day came where I set up it at least I tried to and nothing happened no power nothing l, I have never seen this before but long story short it was deemed defective by go pro support, well that was like 3 or 4 months ago! I attached a picture that says “no questions asked we will replace it!” What a joke! I have jumped though all the hoops and answered all the questions and sent all the proof. Now it should be in my mailbox even better yet it should b in my go pro case and I should have been using it for a while already. So I don’t know what I have to do but I’m not giving up on.

I agree MAX sucks, especially for PC users and even the simple task of transferring files from the MAX to my mobile via the app doesn't work well...

Ya it’s dead hasn’t worked since day one so the iPhone app has nothing to do with this unfortunately
