I ordered GoPro Hero7 through the trade up programme but I still haven’t received the UPS shipping label and instructions. Can you please resend it? The order Number is MP-03574785.

for the chat, try selecting united states/english in the top right corner of the website

anyway it's working for me if i select, for example, italy

Thanks, I wanted to do that but there is no number for my country (Croatia), and I also can’t find a way to access chat. Have you got an idea how to do that?
