Update hero 4 silver to V5.00

Hello,

Today I was trying to update my GoPro HERO 4 SILVER with the new V5.00 but I'm unable to do it. I connect the camera to the computer and when QUIK tells me that I have new software I tell it to update, it starts but then it stops at 66% Transfering files and stays like that for a while until de camera dispears from the app. The camera screen still shows (connected - files accesible)

I'm using a Mac if that is of any help

@optimystic - If you are having an issue with an update using our software, doing a manual update is a good option. Instructions for the HERO4 Silver can be found at https://gopro.com/update/hero4.

I did it with CAPTURE in my iPhone

V5.00 Installed

samething happened to me. I thought gopro was going to improve software. looks like a fail.
