Unable to transfer video via usb cable

I have a GoPro 7 Black, a computer with Win10 and the GoPro Quik program installed.

This setup was working previously with my GoPro 7 Black showing up in quik and tranfering files. However, the camera has stopped showing up in the program and windows explorer. It shows up as a MTP USB device in the Device manager.

Have tried uninstalling drivers, different cables and USB ports. Turning camera and computer on/off, disabling, updating and roll back of the MTP driver. Works perfectly on another computer and a mac.

Re: Unable to transfer video via usb cable

GoPro content won't show up in the File Explorer folders when the camera is plugged in. GoPro content is imported through the Quik for Desktop app, or you can import it directly from the SD card using an SD card adapter plugged into a USB port. Full instructions are at https://gopro.com/help/articles/how_to/How-to-Import-Using-Quik-for-desktop.

If the camera is not being recognized after following these instructions, our team at https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs can help do additional troubleshooting on this issue.

Re: Unable to transfer video via usb cable

My USB+C Cable is connecting to my laptop from the GoPro and it comes up as a device yet the File Explora won't identify it.

My laptop has no SD ports because of its a gaming laptop.

I've got large files however I don't mind trasnfering via Bluetooth or wifi and I don't know how to do that too. Do you have any ideas?
