I recently purchased a go pro 7. Took it home and connected to it and downloaded a load of media from an as card before deleting everything ready for a trip.a week later and I have now tried to connect to the camera again and it is not connecting to the app. I have gone through the forums and done all the suggestions including deleting the wifi on phone and camera. Forgetting the Bluetooth. Resetting the camera complete. I also tried on 3 other phones and downloaded the go pro app fresh. I’ve also tried switching the wireless signal from 5ghz to 2.4. When the wireless is on I’m unable to see it come up On My phone and when the bluetooth is on it also does not come up on the phone. I took it to a jb hifi and hey have said it is most likely a camera fault. As I’m literally about to board a plane I’m just reaching out to see if there is anything else I can try to do.

This will correct any issues on the previous installation.
What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

What phone are you using?
Try resetting the camera's Wi-Fi settings.
Once done, proceed with the pairing process.
On your phone, go to the Bluetooth settings and delete/forget your camera's Bluetooth ID.
Connect your camera.
If it's still the same, try pairing your camera to another phone.
This is to help in isolating the issue.

"One" of the ways to get back on.
If I simply reset my camera's wifi i show that is all I am doing to get right back on. if that did not work then the next step is to do the phone's forget me stuff.
