UPS lost my parcel[ New ]
I purhcased a Hero 9 Black from your websit on 13.02.2021. Today I received email from UPS saying I should contact you. Original email:
"I'm sorry that your package has not been delivered. In this case since package has not moved since 02/17/21 then it may be lost. You will have to contact the shipper so they can start the investigation with us. It's important to stay in contact with the sender for their assistance, UPS reimburses the sender if a claim becomes necessary. I apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused."
The quastion is how can I make a claime? And how long I will have to wait for my mmoney back? Or should I contact Mastercard staright away to speed up whole process?
