UPS complaint

Dear Gopro Support team,

 

I would like to submit a complaint against the UPS Spain. My order has been in the country of destination for over a week now stuck somewhere in the middle of importation process. The delivery was scheduled on Monday last week. I contacted UPS several times during the past coule of days, however, they were not able to provide me with any information regarding the potential delivery date. I ordered your camera way in advance to be able to use it during a particular event, however, due to the abovementioned delay, I had to borrow another camera.
