Turning on
[ New ]I have followed all the options on the support page for issues with turning my gopro session on as it's not turning on and none of the options given worked. So im needing help with any other ways of turning it on?
Also the computer doesnt recognise the gopro when plugged in.

[ New ]have you another cable to try? the usb port may be damaged. I try to at least hold the back mode over 30 seconds to 45 seconds that may restart the camera. ifnot. contact gopro.
