Tramitar garantia [ New ]

Hola

Tengo una gopro hero 8 que se ha qedado con la pantalla en negro.

Me gustaria contactar con el servicio de atencion al cliente para poder tramitar la garantía pero la pestaña del chat lleva mas de un ahora activada y creo que no funciona.

Como puedo hacer para contactar con gopro y poder tramitar la garantia?

No funciona

Ayer no funcionaba y hoy tampoco

Hoy lo llevo intentando hace 4 horas.

Lo probe e mi smartphoneen un pc y e un Mac Book.

Lo probe tanto con vodafone y con mas movil por si podia ser la compania de telefono.

La pantala del chat se queda como congelado.

I'm telling you, the chat doesn't work.
And there's no callback request on that form.
I've used the chat before, but it's not working now.

Gopro for me is closed  opens in 2 more hours. I will get through in a few seconds time.

Dude, I think you mean well, but you're not helping me.
I've used customer service before but now you have problems.
I only have the chat option and the chat stays open for hours and no one answers or gets an error message from ssl
