Tradeup - How long does the delivery take? [ New ]

I've ordered three weeks a go with the trade up program a hero black 7. They have received one week later my old camera and now I'm waiting for a message due to the delivery. Maybe someone can give me information if there are still problems or how long did it take until you receive your camera with the tradeup program?

Da das Geld nun abgebucht wurde, kann ich davon ausgehen, dass die Kamera zeitnah (in 1-2 Tagen) losgeschickt wird? oder bestehen die technischen Probleme immer noch?
