TradeUp pas de mail pour l'etiquette

Bonjour ,

 

j'ai passé commande ce matin pour une gopro 7 black avec le tradeup mais je n'ai pas recu l'etiquette pour l'envoi de l'ancienne camera

 

le chat n'est pas disponible et le support ne repond pas

 

deuxieme commande passée en 2 semaines sur gopro 2 problèmes ...

 

comment obtenir mon etiquette ?

mais vu les messages sur le forum et les problèmes que je rencontre chez gopro je crois que je vais annuler la commande et partir sur une autre camera
