Trade-deal?

Hi,
I’ve rang /chat numerous times regarding my trade-in deal camera for when will it be sent as I’m on a deadline to use it for business for the 22ed of August and will lose money if I don’t have this new camera. I sent away my 5 session for the trade-in for the hero 7 and you guys received it on the 19th of July. I’ve still not had any confirmation of when it will be sent or delivered. I’ve also haven’t received that 25% token discount email you said you was going to send regarding my frustration and disappointment of not sending my new GoPro within the two week period that states on your site. I’m getting anxiety because I may lose a lot of money from a job on the 22ed’ but yet maybe a lifeline is that I have two GoPro store near me. Can you sent me a voucher to get my owed GoPro7 as I feel I will not be receiving my 7 anytime this month.
Can you send me in a written email of the time that my 7 will be sent and delivered please or give me a voucher so I can pop in my nearest store and get one.

Hopefully I’ll get my GoPro7 ASAP as it now been a month today since I purchased it online and 20 since you guys received my old one lol

That's something happening to any trade in order.

Happened to me and many others.

The timing that gopro guarantees is completely underestimated.

It took about 1 month for me.

What’ one month from the purchase or one month  once they received your old one? - just trying to calculate the timing of when I will get my new 7. It’s definitely making my nerves bad lol
