No problem, can do if it will resolve the issue. I have pretty much rung every week for last few weeks and nothing has changed. With all due respect to the very professional and polite support team, I really need someone who has authority to change something to look at my case and resolve what ever issue is causing the problem. Is that going to happen if I ring the Support Team again?

14 weeks. Still no camera and no correspondence. I have been in touch with Customer Support and they tell me “it is being worked in”. I just want my device.
