9 weeks 4 days and 2 more conversations. Still no camera.
I get the impression my order is in a system loop and my camera is stuck at Modus in the Netherlands, with no way of resolving a process/system issue. Please someone in GoPro, find a way of solving this problem.

I sent another feedback form into today. It will be 13 weeks tomorrow since I ordered my device. The tradeup device was received in VENRAY on 31st May. I have been told by nearly every person I have spoken to at GoPro that they will personally take care and escalate my case. My feeling is that whoever my case is escalated to cannot resolve my issue or they just don't care, or maybe both?
I need someone to take a look at my case who can get my new device sent to me please : (
