Has anyone else experienced serious issues with the Trade Up program?
I mailed my old GoPro in weeks ago and the delivery was confirmed by FedEx and a customer service representative. Then they told me that they needed my billing information again because the billing token expired. I gave them my billing information again and was told the camera would be overnighted to me. Here we are a week later, still no shipping notification or camera. It's now been more than 3 weeks since GoPro received the camera. I've spent about 6 hours in chats and waiting for chats with customer service, but now I keep getting the "All agents are with other customers" message and am absolutely lost as to what my next steps should be. This is becoming absolutely ridiculous and I am extremely irritated. Any advice?
