Trade In

I sent in my camera to be traded in June. I haven’t had the new camera sent back yet. A few weeks ago there was an attempt to debit £279 from my credit card account which my bank quiried and I authorised. However there has been no activity since. I understand you have been inundated by this offer and you have been unable to keep up with the orders.Could you return my old camera as there seems to be no date in sight for this to be resolved.

You may reach them by phone or live chat through https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs. When you do, just provide them your Sales Order number as a reference.

Can I have my original camera returned on my trade in. I haven’t had any response from the help desk link you sent me. I was only offered money off an go pro 7

gopro can not answer your question as they always direct you to where the  actual company.

 

they can not return your camera, it was noted on the  terms of agreement.  on the other hand  DJI  will return your caeram within ten days of not answering or your declinging.  after the tenth day it is  not going to happen.    you can  get a refund and request a credit then walk away.
