Tracking RMA of item

Hi,

 

I've had no contact at all from anyone in the returns department.

 

The item was received by yourselves on the 14th October, I have an RMA number but there is no way of getting in touch with your support team to discuss.

 

Live Chat says busy all the time and your numbers are endlessly busy.

 

Please can someone contact me for an update

Based on the tracking number, the item has been delivered to our warehouse.

We are just waiting for our team to confirm receipt.

We also see the callback request logged on the queue.

Someone form Support will be getting back to you soon.
