Time on GoPro 8

I just RUN another TEST without removing the battery from HERO 8 turn back on the CAMERA the time will HOLD, that's mean the internal BATTERY for the HERO 8 to keep the time and calendar need to be replace it with a new battery in order for the CAMERA to HOLD the Date and the TIME.

I had the same problem. I ended up exchanging mine with a new one. Purchased at a retail store. No problem now.

This is my 3rd HERO 8 Exchange with Best Buy Retail store and still do the same brnad new on the BOX never open, I inspect each boxes from their case carefully to see if someone return it.

Ok... I just had a SECOND hero 8 with the time problem. It just stopped keeping time today. It's going back for another exchange. This is not good.
