Time for a rant!![ New ]
Ways to improve GoPro
1) Ability to add to an exisiting order without having to completely cancel previous order and create another one.
2) Get rid of the chat bots. "We need 3 days to to just check the status of your order"...really?
3) Ensure the chat bot doesnt delete the WRONG order.
4) If someone has their order deleted due to GoPros own fault, put them in the priority dispatch que when they re-order!
Sorry guys, but this has been going on since my first order on the 5th October and I've had to now re-order everything again for the THIRD time. Think I'll just stick to buying locally.
