Three weeks and no Hero 9 or communication

third week into the advanture, no response whatsoever, getting a bit annoyed 

 


Dear Gopro,

I have tried multiple times to contact someone in your european division about an order that went missing and nobody is communicating with us. We have had no answer for about two weeks now. Therefore I have decided to contact you with a request to solve the situation we are in. If it’s possible, please try to solve our problem. I am sending you the third email we sent via the Contact Us form.

 

Dear Gopro,

we ordered the new camera on 17 september and were promised that it would take 2 to 3 days to recieve the order. While the camera is fully paid for, we are yet to recieve it. We tried to comunicate with UPS but it wasn’t successful. First they said that the package was lost, later they insisted they have it and will deliver it next day and now they are in process of “locating the package”. We understand that it’s not primarily your fault but we never recieved the package and yet had paid for it. Therefore we would like to ask you for a quick solution - if it’s possible, please send a new camera and resolve the situation with UPS - or send back the money - including the subscription payment, we have no use to the subscription without the camera.

Sorry to hear about the trouble, @martink834. We used the email address associated with your Hub profile but we are unable to locate any contact request. Would you have a case number that we can use as a reference to follow up with Support?

 

The email support has long been discontinued. This could be the reason why you have not received any response. To connect with Support, visit https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs . Once there, select "Contact Us" and proceed with either chat or a callback request. 

 

Should you encounter any issue scheduling a callback or a live chat, please ensure that you are not blocking cookies and have your pop-up blocker disabled.
