There are no name and series no. printer in the "about this gopro" on the hero5 black, how can I fit [ New ]

The Gopro App can't find my Hero 5 black because there are no name and series no. printed in the "about this gopro" of the preferences.

I formatted the sd card and move it to my computer getting the followings:

In MISC:

card: 13139101994350083

version:{

}

The the physical  serial number in the battery tray is: C31613272011990

Can you help the problem that hero5 can't  connect to the Gopro App.?

Can you please try to reformat your SD card again? @stoutsand36076

After reformatting the SD card please install new camera firmware manually.

After sd card formatted again (2 times) and firmware updated, in the "about this gopro" still showed:

name

"blank"

serial number

"blank"

version number

"02.70"

When try to connect Goprp App, still states "wifi not readytry again later"

Can you just offer me a "name" and "serial number" from your side which  I can connect to the Gopro App.
