Tengo problema con la pantalla de la Hero 2018

La pantalla tactil no enciende, la camara funciona, pero la pantalla no.

Please go over these steps.

 

1. Check to ensure that the the SD card is not inserted between the SD card slot and the battery as this can put pressure on the back of the touch display).
2. Perform a manual software update.
3. After the update, perform a Factory Reset. 

  • From the main screen, swipe down.
  • Tap Preferences > Factory Reset, and then tap Next.

If this is a recent purchase, you may refer to the same store you purchased it from.
