Tela preta gopro hero 5 black [ New ]

Bom dia, recentemente fiz uma viagem e levei minha gopro, porém no meio da viagem ela me deixou na mão, pois ficou com o visor traseiro totalmente preto. Todas as funções funcionam, porém a tela traseira não aparece nada. Percebo que a iluminação permanece, porém nenhuma imagem aparece. O que devo fazer?

Please ensure that the SD card is not inserted between the SD card slot and the battery as this can put pressure on the back of the touch display.

If it's not the case, a manual update is the next step. Please refer to https://gopro.com/update/
