Technical support - GoPro 5

The USB seal has broken and I need to change it. please, what is the address of technical support in Brazil - São Paulo?

Is this for the HERO5 Black or the HERO5 Session?

 

Are you referring to the side door?Please note that the side door is removable.

You may check the information/ video guide on How to Open Battery Door and Remove Side Door

 

If you need a new one, you may refer to https://gopro.com/en/us/shop/accessories/replacement-door/AAIOD-003.html

This should also be compatible with the HERO5 Black.
