Support team didn't work

Hello, I am Abhinab and I am having a 2 month old hero8 black. For now it's not switching on even when plugged in to direct current. Rather the whole body is over heating but not switching on. So for this I have been try to connect with the team but still no response from their side as well. They are not calling back even after I lodged many cases. Kindly replace my go pro and help me solve this problem

Have you tried turning the camera (without the battery) on while plugged in?

Yes I have tried all the possible ways in switching it on. Nothing is working on it. But when its plugged in my hero 8 is being over heated but don't switch on.

For chat options I waited for more than 5 hrs but no one was available nor I got a call back where as the waiting period was just 8 min
