Stuttering [ New ]

For Hero 7 black firmware 1.61 there was an important bug fix "Eliminates image stuttering in slow panning shots that use HyperSmooth stabilization."
Hero 8 Black has THE SAME again!!!! When will it be fixed? Please...

@hegebenooo, thanks for reaching out. As far as I know, the slow horizontal panning is a result of the camera (and HyperSmooth) trying to grab-on the picture when steadily moving it laterally from right to left and vice-versa. If the pan is fast enough, it shouldn't have any problem.

Another user in the Hub expressed a similar case in this thread. You may check out the suggestion in the discussion.

Thanks a lot for your comment, BUT this is a bug, solved earlier in gopro 7 black, I know because I have both cameras (7 and 8). That is why we are confused with it, as it was previously an issue and later solved. The link you suggested is not related unfortunately to this bug as far as I can tell.
